The location here is great right in the heart of the city with friendly and helpful staff.

A great selection of food for breakfast, it was outstanding. The service was all in all excellent. Loved our stay at the hotel and will come back.

The location was favourable and marvellous, just next door to Close to shopping malls, Santo Domingo and restaurants. It had very helpful staff. Studio suite was ready when we arrived.

The employees are very very helpful and amiable. Unbeatable setting, it's really close to Santo Domingo, and Close to shopping malls. Also, it's located near a choice shopping center, which is 5 minutes on foot.

The staff is amazing, amicable. The room is large and fairly quiet and equipped with TV, a refrigerator, and tea/coffee making equipment.

Outstanding food for breakfast. Reasonably large and fairly quiet room with a fantastic view over swimming pool. Unbeatable and excellent location next to shopping malls and restaurants, Santo Domingo and restaurants, only 5 minutes walk from a choice shopping center. Also, in the middle of jackson.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The staff were really friendly and accommodating, always helping me with any requests I had. The hotel facilities were amazing, especially the pool area with beautiful views of the city. The breakfast and dinner menus were also great, offering high quality and tasty food options. The location was perfect, surrounded by trendy shopping malls and restaurants. this hotel felt like a home away from home with excellent customer service.

The staff was friendly and helpful, ensuring everything was brand-new and offering a great selection of excellent food. the rooms were exceptionally nice, equipped with down pillows, hypo-allergenic pillows, and offering great views. the amenities like climate control, a safe, and multi-channel television were a nice touch.

The hotel was extremely clean and quiet, despite being on a busy street. The customer service was exceptional, as the staff were always willing to help with any requests. The view from the room and pool was breathtaking, with tons of natural sunlight coming through the windows. the location was perfect, surrounded by shopping malls and restaurants.

The breakfast lacked variety which made it challenging for people with allergies to find suitable options. the food was expensive, making the dining experience less desirable.

The rooms were clean, and the view was incredible. The hotel is located on a major avenue, but the rooms were quiet. The staff, especially Richard, Luis, and Mary, were nice and always looked out for any special request I had.

The breakfast had a small variety, which was difficult for people with allergies, and the staff did not clean up before the time to close. I had issues with the air conditioning and had to move rooms three times.
